Tonganoxie, McLouth among several area schools canceling Tuesday classes

The winter ice storm that moved into the area Monday has forced Tonganoxie and McLouth school administrators to cancel Tuesday classes.
Several other area districts, including Basehor-Linwood, Leavenworth, Lansing, Pleasant Ridge, Lawrence and Eudora also called off classes for Tuesday.
In addition, classes at Kansas City Kansas Community College and Johnson County Community College are canceled.
Leavenworth County Courthouse and all non-essential county government offices, including the Council on Aging and Health Department, are closed today.
