Kody, Michelle and Issac Heskett, of Moran, spent three days of their spring break in this area. Kody stayed with David and Jane Turner, and Michelle stayed with Thamar Barnett and Connie Barnett. They did some leatherwork for 4-H projects at the Turner's home. Isaac stayed with grandparents Gene and Glenda Heskett in Tonganoxie.
Easter Sunday dinner guests of Thamar Barnett and Connie Barnett were: Eric Barnett; David and Jane Turner; David Jr. and Tracey Turner; Sydney, Sheldon Mills and Kathy Stimac; Tammy Mooberry and Rhiannon Roscoe.
Bid Sheppard attended the baptism of Edgar Shivers at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Leavenworth Saturday.
