Our sympathy goes to the Ron and Peachez Joles family for the loss of Peachez's father, Marcelino Fernandez of Kansas City, Mo. who died Feb. 4. The funeral was Saturday.
David and Jane Turner went to the Santa Fe Trail Leather Artists Guild meeting Saturday in Topeka.
Jess Barnett of Shawnee visited Thamar Barnett on Thursday. Jean Murry visited her Friday.
On Feb. 1, Dick and Wanda Jepsen of Manhattan visited Bid Sheppard. They were in the area because of a VFW Convention in Leavenworth. They told her about a recent trip they had made to Belgium, and they will be going there again for some filming.
Faye Cleavinger visited Bid Sheppard on Monday and brought her a couple of nice plants.
