Melinda Harwood, a McLouth Patriots' Day Parade organizer, presents Cpl. Jake Perry, an officer from McLouth with the United States Marines, with an award Saturday commemorating his service. Perry, along with Thomas Cloyt, another Iraq war veteran, was this year's grand marshal for the parade.
