Leavenworth County Planning and Zoning director Chris Dunn fields questions about the county's comprehensive land use plan that was summarized in a public meeting Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Community National Bank in Basehor. Planning and zoning staff, volunteers with a comprehensive plan committee and planning consultants with Ochsner Hare & Hare have worked for months to create the plan, which will guide future growth and development in the county.
